Exploring the Boundaries of Life and Death at Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM)
I’m thrilled to announce the installation of my new sculpture, "To Live is to Die", at the Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM). This marks a significant moment as it’s the first time a piece of my art has been added to the museum’s esteemed collection.
"To Live is to Die" extends the narrative of my DIE FORM series, shedding light on the impact of early education through a playful yet profound lens. Echoing the pioneering educational philosophies of Friedrich Froebel, this sculpture invites a dual dialogue with both children and adults, igniting creativity and encapsulating the fragile yet playful essence of life.
I invite you to explore the sculpture and its narrative at PAMM. Your continuous support fuels my artistic journey, and I’m excited to share this milestone with you!
I want to extend a special thank you to Franklin Sirmans & Maritza Lacayo for their unwavering support and a sincere thank you to Diane and Werner Grob for their generous donation to the Pérez Art Museum Miami’s permanent collection.
