Returns & Exchanges

Every piece of furniture in the Space Collection, including Blocks, the Happy Chair, the Raven Chair, and Forms Pillows, is built to order in the studio. Production takes 6 to 8 weeks before your piece ships.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, made to order work is final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Hoodies and other apparel are printed on demand and produced within 2 to 5 business days of your order. Printed apparel is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, so please check the size guide before ordering.

Objects held in stock, including the SHALOM Menorah and Limited Edition Sculptures, ship within 1 to 3 business days.

These are also final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Email hello@typoe.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund, and we cover all shipping on defect claims.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production of a made to order piece has begun, the order can no longer be canceled.
